Warranty and Replacement Policy

All products (except Cartomizers and Liquids) have their own respected policies and must purchased from IkenVape LLC..

XLR,LR,HV and XHV Atomizers are ensured a standard 1 week solid warranty from the date the product is recieved to the customer. To ensure our products meet your quality demands. We offer a Risk-free 24 hour grace period for the customer to confirm that the atomizer is not DOA (Dead on Arrival)

We individually check each and every atomizer that enters and exits our establishment. To receive replacement of defective equipment, the customer must inform IKV within the given warranty period. The customer will recieve a shipping label via online through stamps.com and must use the paid shipping label to resend the malfunctioning product. Once recieved, the product will be replaced by IKV and customer will recieve tracking information as IKV will pay the postage

In the event of any modifications preformed on all types of atomizers, as in, removing components, will void warranty regardless of insurance. Wholesale Bulk purchases of atomizers do not carry any warranty.

This warranty does NOT cover products that are under Beta Testing or have yet to complete Beta testing time trial.

**EACH CUSTOMER IS ALLOWED ONLY ONE REPLACEMENT PER PRODUCT**


Please note that consumables such as e-liquid and cartomizers are not warranted.

*CHAMELEON* free button replacement service is valid One Year from date of purchase.  Must have order number and shipping information to receive service. 


*PLEASE NOTE** Due to the amount of small pieces and the risks ran by losing any of them. Disassembling the button sector will result in loss of warranty. Gouges, dents, any bodily damage also void warranty for return services.

Atomizer compatibility issues.

As hard as we try to construct our equipment to match the OEM devices in the world it is not possible. There are just too many different devices being made by numerous manufactures be it Chinese, American, Europe, and many other destinations of the world. Most of these places make their own threads (atomizer fitting) We cannot be held responsible for all of these devices in regards to compatibility. Before adding any liquid to your equipment, please try to apply the new atom to the your unit first. So we can arrange a replacement and/or refund.
