Payments:

We do accept all major Credit cards, Money Orders and Cashier checks. Optional services (ie. Paypal, Personal check ) are also accepted upon request. For Paypal transaction a 3% standard Paypal fee is applied and must be sent to Sales@ikenVape.com. To avoid banishment from IkenVape, please use ONLY the given order number in the Paypal memo This means No mentioning of Vaporizing products of any nature. NO EXCEPTIONS. To obtain the order number please use our check out system as payment marked as Money Order.

SHIPPING:

United States:

We ship using USPS Mailing systems, Additional services can be applied upon request..  There will be a standard Priority shipping and handling charge of $6.95. There will also be a 1st Class shipping method for $3.00. We try our very best to ship on the same day the order is made.  FREE SHIPPING on over $100.00 for Local orders entails Free Priority Shipping via USPS. Tracking information for both 1st Class and Priority shipping services will be sent via email to ensure security for the customer.   

International Shipping:

In order to expedite your order and keep your shipping costs to a minimum, our international orders will be shipped using Priority International..  In this way, we can keep your shipping cost to an absolute minimum with a special fixed rate for all international shipping and also Tracking information for the merchant and customer's safety. 

A fixed shipping rate of USD $15.00 applies to all finalized international orders. USPS tracking information and confirmation will be sent via email.

Customs:

PLEASE NOTE:  It is normal practice when tracking your items to see "handed over to customs" upon arrival to your country.  In most cases, your items will be released within a few days. Also, it is normal for Usps.com Tracking information  not to be available regardless of Priority shipping. Once shipment is handed over to USPS, Customer assumes all responsibility. 

Our typical time from processing to dispatching your order is 1-3 days after receipt of payment. We will attempt to keep you informed of any problems that arise that may cause delays to your order. 

Customers are issued a tracking number after dispatch which can be checked via the courier’s website. Tracking information is not always available until after a few days.  Please be patient as some orders are received before showing any tracking information. 

Typical transit times from delivery agents vary greatly depending on your area and the individual carrier. Please be patient and allow 5-10 business days from the time of dispatch to delivery to avoid disappointment.

For All International orders: PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT E-LIQUID IS ALLOWED IN YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. In the event of Customs seizing your order. We will attempt to claim it and ship back to you a 2nd time if package has been retrieved sucessfully from customs. Buyer assumes all responsibility for legally and illegally placed orders with IkenVape.
