A 510-801 adapter means: That your unit must have a 510 fitting on the top of the unit in order for you to use this item with an 801 Atomizer or 801 Fusion.
All adapters are cartomizer friendly.

Are adjustable!
Simple as turning a screw. If you are not making a proper connection from the adapter to the atomizer/cartomizer, you can safely apply a flat head screw driver to the 901 or 801 side of the 510/801 or 510/901 adapter and unwind.

I have adapter galore but this one I got from Ikenvape is the best by far. Easily adjusted for the problem cartomizers that seem to plague some PV's I really like the Gold ones as they are so gold and shiny they make my PV look beautiful.

510-801 Adapter is PERFECT!

I picked one of these up on an impulse to try the 801 on my 6V 510 device. I'm glad I did! I'm now a big fan of the IKV 801 attys and the only way I could have experienced it is with this handy adapter. The coloring matches perfectly and makes it look like it's part of the atty.
